摘要
本文从实现高校后勤社会化改革的目标和当前后勤职工思想实际的角度分析认为 :后勤社会化必须加强思想政治工作 ,同时从思想武装、观念转变、工作内容、方法改进等方面提出了思想政治工作具体可行的措施。
Based on the trend towards the market oriented general service of higher education institutions and the ideological realities of the service staff, the author holds that efforts must be made to raise their political awareness; in addition, specific and practical measures are formulated to arm their minds, transform their ideas, develop the tasks and to improve the related approaches.
