摘要
邯钢 CSP工程建设中实施了 TSC管理法。 TSC管理法包括计划、质量、工程概算、外国专家技术服务和国外培训费用、工程验收等 5个方面的控制管理。邯钢 CSP于 1997年 11月 2 8日开工 ,1999年 12月 10日投产 ,2 0 0 0年 8月 2 3日竣工验收完毕。实施 TSC管理法使得邯钢 CSP工程建设创出了五个世界一流 :建设工期最短 ,投资最少 ,连铸连轧一次热试成功 ,漏钢率最低 ,达产速度最快。
TSC management was carried out during the installation of CSP at Handan Iron and Steel Group Co ,Ltd (HDISG) TSC management includes following aspects of control management,i e project,quality,engineering budget,the service cost of foreign experts and the cost of training overseas and the acceptance of the project CSP at HDISG was started on 18/11/1997,started operation on 10/12/1999 and accepted on 23/08/2000 Running TSC management,CSP at HDISG was able to create 5 tops in the world,i e the shortest construction period(26 5 months),the smallest investment (2500 million),the operation of CC HCR succeeded at once,the lowest breakout rate(0 51 %),the highest learning speed
