摘要
研究了石英在不同浓度的氯化钙和油酸钠中的浮选行为。当矿浆中油酸钠的浓度 (c(RCOO-) )是氯化钙浓度 (c(Ca2 + ) )的 2倍 (即化学计量 )时 ,石英的回收率最大。进一步研究表明 :氢氧化钙表面沉淀是活化石英的主要成分 ;油酸根再与石英表面的氢氧化钙发生交换反应 。
The flotation behavior of quartz in the presence of calcium chloride and sodium oleate is presented. The flotation is not effected until calcium hydroxide is precipitated on the surface of quartz. When the concentration of sodium oleate in slurry is twice as much as that of calcium chloride, quartz has ahighest recovery. The active species responsible for quartz flotation is considered to be calcium oleate precipitate. The possible mechanism of adsorption is given.
