摘要
详细讨论了利用石英砂岩、石英岩或脉石英生产石英砂的工艺流程。对以SiO2 含量达 99%以上的脉石英或石英岩为原料 ,利用工业型铁质机械设备进行大批量生产高纯石英砂的可行性进行了探讨。对石英砂的主要碾磨和干燥设备进行了讨论 。
A detailed discussion is made of the process flowsheet for producing quartz sands using sandstone, quartzite and vein quastz as raw materials. The author investigates the feasibility of mass production of high-purity quartz using vein quartz or quartzite as raw materials and iron mechanical equipment, such as crusher and grind mill. Main communition and drying devices for quartz are reviewed and some ideas are given for improving them.
