盐生环境下蒙古鸦葱叶解剖结构的初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文通过光学显微镜研究了盐生环境下蒙古鸦葱叶的形态解剖结构。观察结果表明,蒙古鸦葱的叶线形、肉质、表面光滑无毛,表皮细胞一层,排列紧密,细胞外壁极度增厚,角质膜较厚,气孔器小、密度大,不规则型,叶属于不典型的背腹型叶,叶脉维管束不发达。 The morphological and anatomical structure of the leaves of Scorzonera mengoloica Maxim in saline environment was studied by microscope. in the paper. The observable results showed that the leaves of Scorzonera mongolica Maxim were linear and succulent, the epidermis covered with no hair, the epidermal cells are evry closed and form into one layer, the outsider wall of the epidermal cells and the cuticle are very thick, and the stomata is small and places side by side, the type of stimata is of anomocytic type. The leaves of Scorzonera mongolica are not typical bifacial leaf and the vascular bundle of veins is embryonic.
