摘要
报道了复方甾体口服避孕药(OC)Ⅰ号和Ⅱ号片对育龄妇女血脂、载脂蛋白(Apo)的影响。结果表明,服用9个周期后,两种OC均升高血甘油三脂水平。此外Ⅰ号片可显著升高血ApoB水平。Ⅱ号片显著升高血HDL及ApoA、ApoB,从血脂谱的改变来看,Ⅱ号片优于Ⅰ号片,
This paper reports changes in lipoprotein metabolism caused by using oralcontraceptive for nine months. OC Ⅰ consists of ethinyl estradiol and novethindrone, andOC Ⅱ is made from ethinyl estradiol and megestrol. Thirty-five menstruating women,26-years old were divided into two groups.Both of the two oral contraceptives raised the levelof blood triglyceride. There was difference in the blood lipoproteins between the twogroups. OC Ⅰ caused an increase in the level of ApoB and CO Ⅱ, HDL-c and ApoA.It seems that CO Ⅱ is safer than CO Ⅰ so far as prevention of atherosclerosis andhyperlipidemia is concerned.
