摘要
将时滞滤波器技术应用于柔性机械臂残留振荡的控制 ,获得了较好的控制效果。根据柔性机械臂简化的二阶系统模型进行时滞滤波器的设计 ,指出时滞滤波器实质上是一种零极点对消技术。
Time delay filter technique is applied to reduce endpoint residual vibration of flexible beam. It is designed based on the simplified second order system model. It indicates that the time delay filter is equal to adding zeros at the place of system poles. Experiment results verify that residual vibration of flexible beam can be eliminated effectively by time delay filter.
