摘要
研究具有不同形式偏好信息的群决策问题。在描述效用值、序关系值、模糊判断矩阵和 AHP判断矩阵等 4种形式偏好信息的基础上 ,首先给出将不同形式的偏好信息转化为模糊判断矩阵形式的计算公式 ,然后基于 OWA算子给出集结各决策者偏好信息和方案优选的方法 。
Group decision making problems with different forms of preference information are discussed. Firstly, four forms of preference information (i.e. preference ordering, utility value, AHP judgement matrix and fuzzy judgement matrix) are introduced and the computing formulas are given to uniform different forms of preference information into the form of fuzzy judgement matrix. Then, based on OWA (ordered weighted average) aggregation operators, an approach is presented to aggregate the preference information provided by every decision maker and to select the most desirable alternative. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the use of the proposed approach.
