摘要
本文用细胞形态学观察和生物大分子测定法研究了江苏PHA-p对人及动物淋巴细胞的转化作用。结果表明:江苏PHA-p在10-20μg/cm^3范围内,对人淋巴细胞转化率可达80%以上,优于国内同类产品。
This paper describes the transformation and mitogenic activities in both human and animal lymphocytes induced by PHA-p from a Jiangsu cultivar of phaseolus vulgaris. Our experiments indicate that the higest transformation activity for human lymphocytes was achieved at the concentration range of 10-20ug of PHA-p per 1ml cell suspension. Morphological observation in this optimum concentration showed that the lymphocyte transformation rate is over 80% and the mitosis index is also the higest.
