摘要
武钢第一炼钢厂“平改转”后 ,随着工艺的不断成熟、品种的迅速开发 ,对钢包的要求日趋严格。结合本厂生产特点剖析钢包周转过程的时间及温度 ,以节能降耗为宗旨 ,以稳定过程温降为目的 ,建立钢包周转模式 ,以便于掌握各工序间的温度、节奏关系 ,确保炉机节奏 ,稳定中间包钢水过热度 ,优化钢包的生产管理物流控制 。
Synopsis With the advance of steelmaking process and rapid development of new steel grades more and more stringent requirements have been imposed upon the ladles since the transformation of the open hearth furnaces into the converters in the No.1 steel Plant of WISCO. In order to save the energy consumption and stabilize the temperature drop in the refining a new mode of the ladle turn-around has been established so as to properly control the refining temperature and operating rhythm in between each process and stabilize the degree of overheating of the liquid steel in the tundish and optimize the ladle management and material flow control to ensure smooth operation of the high efficient continuous casting.
