摘要
钢中锰含量对硅钢的质量有很大的影响。在出钢、真空处理和浇注过程中均有回锰的可能 ,因此严格控制终点锰含量是极其重要的 ,一般应低于 0 .0 4 %。传统的操作方法中 ,要得到如此低的锰含量 ,就要求炉渣有很强的氧化性和很高的流动性 ,而这些都会对炉衬造成很大的损坏。本文分析了炼钢过程中锰的行为以及影响去锰的因素 ,确定了倒初渣的最佳时间 ,提出了合理的造渣工艺。在确保终点有合格锰含量的同时 ,钢液终点碳含量不过低、温度适中 ,而且渣中MgO含量较高 ,全程起到保护炉衬的作用。
Synopsis The content of manganese has a great effect on the quality of silicon steel. Regeration of manganese probably happened during the process of tapping,vacuum treating, and casting. It’s very important to strictly control the final content of manganese, which usually less than 0.04 per cent. In order to get such low content, the converter slag should have high oxidability and good fluidity during the customary operation of melting, However a lot of damage to the converter lining will probably occur in so doing. This paper analyses the behaviour of manganese inliquid steel and the element that affects demanganization, and determines the optimum time to tap the initial slag. Rational slag forming process was put forward. When assuring the eligible final content of manganese, the carbon content in the steel isn’t too low, and the temperature is moderate, and the magnesium oxide content of the slag is higher, which can protect the converter lining during the whole process.
