北半球500百帕高度场遥相关型的季节特征 被引量:1

SEASONAL FEATURES OF THE TELECONNECTION PATTERNS IN THE NORTHERN 500 hPa HEIGHT FIELD

摘要 应用正交旋转的因子分析方法揭示北半球500百帕高度场普遍存在的各种大尺度遥相关型。结果表明,借助于因子分析所获得的气象场遥相关信息,在某种意义上说要比通常EOFs或一点相关图法更具有代表性;其遥相关分布特征不但与文献[1]一致,而且还证实了遥相关型在各季均有所反映,但也有一定的差异,例如,遥相关型在年内各季的强度和频率并不相同。 Various large-scale teleconnection patterns universally presentin the northern 500 hPa height field are revealed by using a rotatedorthogonal factor analysis method. Results indicate that the teleconnectioninformation obtained concerning the meteorological field is more repre-sentative by factor analysis than by the general EOFs or the one-pointcorrelation map method and the teleconnection distribution patternsare consistent with those described in the literature.It has also provedthat the seasonal features of the teleconnection patterns are reflectedin all the seasons of the year, but their intensity and frequency, for example, may vary in different seasons.
