摘要
硼在油菜不同器官和不同叶片中的分配受供硼条件的影响。供硼处理的油莱以叶片硼浓度最大,缺硼时则以根系的硼浓度最大。缺硼增加硼在根系中的分配比例,减少叶片的分配比。油菜苗经7天的硼饥饿处理后,其下部3张叶片的含硼量减少,其中以第2叶减少最多。由此表明,当硼素供应不足时,油菜叶片中的硼看来可以部分向外移动。
The distribution of boron in various organs and leaves of rape plants was affected by the boron supply conditions. Boron concentration in the rape leaves was higher than that in the root and stem when the plants were supplied with boron, while the highest concentration was observed in the root of boron-deficient plant. Boron deficiency increased the boron content ratio of the root to total plant, but decreased the boron ratio of the leaf to total plant. After plants were starved of boron for 7 days, boron contents in the first, secondand third leaf (from bottom to top) decreased, and this decrease was especially serious in the second leaf. It was concluded that boron in leaves of rape plants could be retransloeated under boron deficiency.
