摘要
在蓝藻(Anabaena)7120固氮反应系统中添加NaHSO_3后,其光下吸氧量减少,固氮活性增强。受NaHSO_3影响的蓝藻固氮活性有如下几个特点:(1)在氮饥饿条件下供给CO_2时的增高幅度加大;(2)对氧的敏感度减小;(3)得到氢的支持和其受氧伤害时的保护作用增大;(4)忍受氮抑制的浓度增高;(5)光强增高时的固氮活性增大,光强减弱时则有些下降。不同生理条件下受NaHSO_3影响的蓝藻光下吸氧量与其固氮活性大小变化呈现负相关的趋势。
The addition of sodium bisulfite to test systems had an enhancing effect on the nitrogenase activity and suppressing effect on the light-dependent O_2-consumption in Anabaena. Under starvation of N_2 adding 5% CO_2 induced higher enhance of nitrogenase activity of A nabaena influenced by sodium bisulfite than that without adding CO_2. The nitrogenase activity of Anabaena was less sensitive to oxygen under influence of sodium bisulfite than in normal conditions. The H_2-supported nitrogcnase activity of Anabaena in presence of sodium bisulfite was higher than that in normal cells. Under influence of sodium bisulfite molecular hydrogen markedly protected the nitrogenase activity of Anabaena against O_2-inactivation. At stronger light intensity the nitrogenase activity of Anabaena influenced by sodium bisulfite was increased while at low light intensity it was decreased.
