摘要
采用固定床溶剂萃取技术提取发酵滤液中的红霉素 ,探讨了各因素对分离过程的影响。结果表明 ,该法可有效克服乳化 ,减少红霉素和溶剂的损失。在相比 (o/w)为 1/2 5时 ,萃取率可达 95 %左右 ,而传统溶媒萃取法的相比为 1/1时才能达到同效。采用纯溶剂作为洗脱剂 ,洗脱率达到 95 %
Fixed bed solvent extraction technology was developed for extracting erythromycin from its fermentation liquid, and various effects on the separation process were studied experimentally. The results showed that with the phase ratio of fermentation liquid to solvent 25∶1, the extraction rate was about 95% in weight, which was nearly equal to the value of traditional solvent extraction with the phase ratio of 1∶1. By adopting pure solvent as back extractant, the re extraction rate could also reach 95% in weight.
