摘要
大学生素质结构是一个多要素系统，主要包括思想道德素质、专业素质、文化素质、身体和心理素质等。本文主要阐述高等学校应围绕培养目标，加强素质教育，培养面向２１世纪适应现代化建设需要的高素质人才。
The quality structure of college students is a multi - quality system, including the moral quality, the professional quality, the cultural quality, the physical quality, the mental quality, etc. The author, in the essay, mainly expounds his idea that colleges and universities should strengthen quality education around their educational goals, so as to turn out highly qualified per- sonnel to meet the demands of the construction of modernization in the 21st century.
