摘要
作为发展中国家 ,大力发展ASIC产业 ,是我国高新技术产业发展的一个重大课题。我国面临ASIC专业人才短缺、流失的困扰 ,必须采取有效措施加以解决。本文提出的对策建议包括 :制定ASIC专业人才培养计划 ,多途径培养ASIC研究、设计、管理人才 ;加强国际间的技术协作与交流 ,引进国外智力 ,提高我国ASIC专业人才队伍积极性 ,重视并稳定一支精干的ASIC技术人员队伍。
The development of ASIC industry is a signifieant topic to advanced technology industry of China which is a developing country. The serious problem. Following is the suggestions. First of all, we should make the plan of the ASIC. Specialized person,s training in order to develop ASIC research, design and management fellow by all means; Secondly, we must reinforce the international cooperation and inter national change in technology to improve our ASIC specialized person,s quality; And the last ,we must encourage the enthusiasm of the ASIC specialized person and the stability of a keen-willed ASIC technical personnel team.
