双向应力场中斜表面裂纹的简化解析模型

摘要 在对线弹簧模型作了合理简化的基础上,提出了双向应力场中斜表面裂纹的简化分析模型,导出了在表面裂纹的最深点Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型应力强度因子的解析表达式。定义了只与双向应力比和裂纹倾斜角的大小有关的Ⅰ型和Ⅲ归一化应力强度因子,定量地阐明了在不同双向应力比和裂纹倾斜角情况下Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型归一化应力强度因子的变化规律. Based on the simplification of the line—spring model, a simplified analytic model for an inclined surface crack subjected to a system of biaxial stress has been proposed and analytic solutions for mode Ⅰ and mode Ⅲ stress intensity factors at maximum depth point of a surface crack have been derived. The mode Ⅰ and mode Ⅲ normalized stress intensity factors which arc only dependent on biaxial stress ratio and crack orientation were defined. And then the variation pattern of mode Ⅰ and mode Ⅲ normalized stress intensity factor with angle of crack inclination and biaxial stress ratio was given quantitatively.
