摘要
目的:观察中药治疗脂肪肝的疗效。方法:对52例脂肪肝患者根据中医辨证分为3型治疗,并与西药易善力软胶囊治疗30例作疗效对比观察。结果:中医辨证分型治疗组总有效率为94.2%,对照组为76.7%,2组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证分型治疗脂肪肝具有较好的疗效。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Chinese herbal drugs on fatty liver. Methods: 52 cases of fatty liver were differentiated as 3 types by syndrome differentiation and treated by TCM accordingly, and 30 cases treated by essentiale forte soft capsule as control. Results : The total effective rate of TCM treatment group was 94.2% and that of control group was 76.7%,the difference being markedly significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The effect of TCM treatment for fatty liver is much better.
