摘要
目的:探讨复方中药抗乙肝病毒疗效。方法:对53例HBeAg和/或HBV-DNA阳性慢性乙肝患者采用分组对照治疗,治疗组用复方黄芪乙肝汤,对照组用α-干扰素(α-IFN)。结果:治疗组治疗后HBeAg及HBV-DNA阳性率明显低于治疗前(P<0.01);HBeAg转阴率为58.62%,高于对照组(P<0.05);HBV-DNA转阴率为46.88%,与对照组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后ALT、AST及γ-球蛋白平均值均较治疗前明显改善(P=0.05、P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论:复方黄芪乙肝汤具有较好的抗乙型肝炎病毒及改善肝功能作用。
Objective: To explore the curative effect of compound Chinese drugs on hepatitis B virus. Methods:53 cases of HBeAg and/or HBV-DNA positive chronic hepatitis B were allocated to treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated by Fufang Huangqi Yigan Tang (FHYT), and the control group by α-interferon. Results: After treatment, the positive rates of HBeAg and HBV-DNA are markedly lower than those before treatment in treatment group (P < 0.01); the negative-turning rate of HBeAg is 58.62%, which is markedly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05); the negative-turning rate of HBV-DNA is 46.88%, which shows no significant difference in comparison with control group (P > 0.05)。The average values of ALT,AST and γ-globulin are markedly improved than those of before treatment (P = 0.05,P < 0.05,P < 0.01). Conclusion: FHYT possesses a better effect for counteracting hepatitis B virus and improving the liver function.
