倾斜与水平管内汽液两相流动沿程流型的研究

Investigation on Full-Flow-Path Measurement of FlowPattern in a Liguid/Vapor Two-Phase Flow forHorizontal and Inclined Pipes

摘要 本文在文[1]的基础上,考虑当角度变化时受重力的影响后,在同一截面上的汽液两相分布不对称的特点,采用在管内配置三根平行并可同步移动的电导探针,对沿程各截面的“流型”进行测定。实验结果证明这种方法是可行的,且与计算结果相符合。本文还通过对大量实验数据的处理,得出饱和沸腾起始点Z_B与环状流起始点Z_N的经验公式,研究结果对于高温涡轮叶片液冷和其他动力工程中有关汽液两相流动与传热的设计与应用有重要的参考价值。 On the basis of Reference No. 1, with water coolant through an adiabatic and evenly-heated straight pipe, three movable electrical probes designed by the authors are arranged inside the pipe, to represent the local and full-flow-path flow pattern directly, and to take into account the gravity influence on flow field while the the pipe angle is changed. In this paper, bubble-, slug-, chure-, and annular flow patterns depending on the electrical probe method are shown, and some empirical formulas on come-to-saturated point ZB and come-to annular point ZN have been drawn as well, which match the calculating results quite well.The results of investigation and measurement techniques involved in this paper would be a useful reference in foundational investigation on the predication of flow pattern and heat transfer behavior in a liquid/vapor two-phase flow, as well as in the application to liquid-cooling of high-temperature turbine vane and other power engineering.
