摘要
研究了从氯化物—硫酸盐电介质中电镀CrNiFe合金。槽的组成、电沉积条件和镀层的组成。在Cr^(3+)、Ni^(2+)、Fe^(2+)共沉积中,Ni^(2+)、Fe^(2+)共沉积属异常共沉积。槽中Fe^(2+)的浓度对镀层组成有很大影响。
This paper examines the electrodepositiou of chromium-nickel-iron alloy in chloride-sulfate electrolytes, which involves the composition of the bath, conditions for electrodeposition, composition of the platings .In co-depositing Cr3+, Ni2+, Fe2+, the co-deposition of Ni2+ and Fe2+, is an anomalous one . The Fez+ concentration in the bath affects greatly the composition of the alloy coatings.
