摘要
目的 探讨低强度He Ne激光照射大鼠心前区对心肌毛细血管开放情况的影响。方法 雌性Wistar大鼠 6只 ,随机等分为对照组和激光照射组。以 6 0 5J/cm2 的He Ne激光垂直照射激光照射组大鼠心前区 ,每天 1次 ,连续照射 10天。超薄切片透射电镜下观察左心室近心内膜侧、近心外膜侧心肌中直径 <10 μm微血管的开放情况。结果 照射组心肌内层毛细血管开放率 (70 3% )明显高于对照组 (5 5 6 % ) ,P <0 0 5。结论 以剂量为 6 0 5J/cm2 的He Ne激光照射心前区 。
Objective In order to research for effect on the ratio of myocardial capillaries opening by He Ne laser irradiation on precordial region of Wistar Rat. Methods With applying electron microscope, we studied the changes of myocardial capillaries opening after He Ne laser with the dose of 60 5 J/cm 2 to irradiate. The rats were divided into control(n=3) and irradiated groups.Results Observingcapillaries (<10 μm)inanteriorwalloftheleftventricle,theratioofcapillaries openinginirradicatedgroup(70 2 6 % )washigherthanincontrolgroup(5 5 5 6 % )intheinternallayerofmyocardium .Conclusions Theresultsindicatedthattheratioofmyocardialcapillaries openingwassignificantlyheightenedbyHe Nelaserirradiation .
