摘要
配电线路的各项电气参数受频率影响很大 ,文章详细阐述了配电线路处于高频电场中参数随频率变化的规律 ,扩展了高频条件下的传递函数理论并给出了该情况下传递函数的定义 ,对解决配电线路单相接地故障定位的新方法——传递函数法作了更具有普遍性和一般性的推广。根据单相和三相情况下线路参数随频率改变的配电线路接地故障定位的传递函数法的计算公式结合具体线路作了详尽的模拟计算。通过模拟计算 ,给出了变参数条件下通过地模量网络传递函数的波形特征进行故障定位的判据 。
Distribution line parameters are highly dependent on the frequency. Analysis of the frequency dependence over the entire frequency range of the signals is of essential importance for line to ground fault location for distribution lines. A more general line to ground fault location algorithm based on the theorem of transfer function is presented to use in power distribution networks. This paper analyzes the law for line parameter changes depending on frequency and the influence on the transfer function. The transfer function formulas for single phase and three phase distribution lines are given for this new condition. A computer simulation shows that the algorithm effectively locates faults in high frequency power distribution networks.
