摘要
为提高设计效率 ,在计算机辅助概念设计过程中实现创新设计。通过对 TRIZ创新理论原理、质量功能配置(QFD)等设计方法的研究与运用 ,提出了基于 QFD、功能分析 (FA)和 TRIZ的概念设计过程的集成模型。分析了如何规范从设计需求分析到设计方案提出等一系列过程 ,给出了各阶段解决具体问题的方法和工具 ,并对简单纺纱机构进行了实例分析 。
Attention is concentrated on how to perform the creative design during the process of the product conceptual design, and how to enhance the design efficiency and inspire the creativity. Through the study and application of the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) and quality function deployment (QFD), a new integrated model of conceptual design process based on TRIZ, QFD and functional analysis (FA) is presented, which begins from the requirement analysis and continues to the project establishment, and provides specific methods and tools to solve the problem of each sub process. Finally, a problem of the spinning machine is discussed.
