摘要
用淀粉对聚乙烯醇缩甲醛进行改性 ,制得了一种新型标签胶。讨论了固含量、淀粉用量、pH值以及复合调粘剂用量对胶粘剂各项指标的影响。该胶粘剂适用于啤酒生产线的高速贴标 ( 4 0 0 0 0只 /小时 ) ,它具有初粘力强 ,耐水性好和储存稳定等优点。
In this paper, a new label adhesive is produced, which is modified to polyvinyl formal by starch. The effects of solide amount,starch dosage, pH value and composite thickener amount on the properties of the adhesive are discussed. The adhesive is suitable for sticking label on beer production line at a high speed(40000b/h).Its advantages are good bonding strength, water-resistance and long storage stability.
