摘要
我国西部地区地域辽阔 ,矿产资源丰富 ,但是经济相对落后 .西部地区城市发展的制约因素很多 ,但城市规划应该依据其根本的约束条件 ,从本地区的资源与环境现状出发 ,做好水资源的综合利用 ,使城市能够持续、稳定地发展 .
The Western Region of China,are vast areas and have rich mineral resources,but its economy comparatively drop behind.There are many factors restricting the development of the cities in the Western Region.But city planning should be carried out according to its essential restricting factors and the resources and environment condition to make good use of water resource and make the city develop continuously and steadily.
