摘要
目的:观察益气活血消瘤方配合化疗治疗消化道恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法:化疗加中药组(简称治疗组)99例,化疗加益气活血消瘤方;化疗对照组(简称化疗组)45例,单用化疗;单纯中药组(简称中药组)38例,单用益气活血消瘤方。结果:该药对造血系统有较好的保护作用,治疗组白细胞治疗后低于4×109/L者占7.7%,化疗组为22.2%;该方可以提高自然杀伤(NK)细胞、巨噬细胞及T淋巴细胞亚群的活性。结论:益气活血消瘤方配合化疗对消化道肿瘤癌灶有一定的缓解和稳定作用,对气虚患者临床疗效显著,用药安全可靠。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of supplementing Qi for activating blood circulation and dispersing tumor formula cooperated chemi-therapy on alimentary tract malevolent tumor. Metheds:Chemi-therapy cooperated Chinese herbs (shortened for treatment group, chemi-therapy and supplementing Qi for activating blood circulation and dispersing tumour formula) contained 99 patients, chemi-therapy control group (shortened for chemi-therapy group, only chemi-therapy) contained 45 patients, and only Chinese herbs group (shortened for Chinese herbs group) contained 38 patients. Results:This formula performed protection on hemopoietic system. After treatment, the percentages of the patients with white cell under 4×109/L were 7.7% and 22.2% in treatment group and chemi-therapy group respectively. The formula improved the activity of NK cells, macrophagocytes, T lymphocyte subgroups, and didnt perform injury to the function of the heart, liver and kidney, or other bad reactions. Condusions: Supplementing Qi for activating blood circulation and dispersing tumour formula cooperated chemi-therapy performed definitely alleviation and stabilization action. To Qi-deficiency patients, the clinical effect is significant and the drugs using was safety and credible.
