摘要 激光微区发射光谱分析 (LMESA)中的火花辅助激发参数与发射谱谱线强度密切相关 .就减压氩气环境下 。 The close relation between the intensity of laser microprobe emission spectrum and the parameter of auxiliary spark excitation was studied in this paper.It was also discussed that the influence of the parameter of auxiliary spark excitation and the pressure of atmosphere in argon atmosphere at reduced pressure upon the intensity of spectral line of LMESA(laser microprobe emission spectrum analysis).
