摘要
目的 :回顾 1 992年 1 0月至 1 998年 9月经手术治疗的四例延误诊钝性创伤性膈疝病例 ,分析延误诊原因 ,探讨其诊断方法。方法 :手术探查明确诊断。结果 :四例均经剖胸膈肌修补术治愈。结论 :凡有胸腹结合部、挤压伤及坠落史 ,又有胸腹部症状体征者 ,均应想到膈损伤可能 ,全面系统的查体和动态观察 。
Objective:To retrospectively analyse the reason for the misdiagnosis of 4 cases of dull injured diaphragmatocele surgically treated between Oct. 1992 to Sept.1998,and to find a diagnostic method.Method:Exploratory thoracotomy operation was used to clarify the diagnosis.Result:All of the 4 cases were cured by thoracotomy and diaphragm repair operation.Conclusion:For every patient with abdomen thoracic junction contusion injuries,crushinjuries and falling history,and having abdomen thoracic symptoms and signs,the possibility of phrenomuscle damage should be considered.Systematic physical examination and dynamic observation are crucial for prompt and correct diagnosis.
