摘要
系统性淋巴清扫、肾癌根治术是治疗早中期肾癌患者的重要手段 ,采用该术式有望提高肾癌病人的预后。通过对 94例系统性淋巴清扫、肾癌根治术患者术后并发症相关因素的分析 ,提出相应的护理对策 ,强调重视术前准备及术后并发症的观察、预防与护理 ,以减少术后并发症 。
Radical nephrectomy with systematic lymphadenectomy is an important way to treat the patients with early and mid-stage renal carcinoma.This kind of operation may improve the prognosis of renal carcinoma.We analyze the correlative factors of the complications of 94 patients who underwent radical nephrectomy with systematic lymphadenectomy and offter the corresponding nursing stategy.For reducing the complications after the operation and improving the successful case rate,it is emphasized that paying attention to the preoperative preparation,and the observation,prevention,nursing of the complications after the operations.
