摘要
目的 探讨应用Amplatzer封堵器介入治疗小儿房间隔缺损 (ASD)的护理特点。方法 全组 5 6例 ,男 19例 ,女 3 7例 ,平均年龄 ( 6.2± 3 .4 )岁。在行Amplatzer封堵器治疗前后 ,针对小儿特点 ,对其生命体征 (体温、脉搏、呼吸、血压 )及其出凝血情况进行监测。结果 术前与患儿家属进行必要的交流 ,有助于解除家属心理压力 ,有助于手术顺利进行 ;术中密切观察心率、心律、血压、呼吸 ,以保持生命体征平稳 ;术后注意观察伤口有无渗血 ,皮肤紫斑及生命体征 ,以避免低血容量及出血倾向。结论 应用Amplatzer治疗ASD是有效的非手术方法 ,护理时应针对患儿特点 ,进行术前、中、后有效的护理 ,避免低血容量。
Objective\ To evaluate the nursing efficiency of transcather closure of secundum atrial septal defect using Amplatzer occluder device in children. Methods\ There were 56 patients, men 19 person, women 37 person, the mean age 6.2±3.4. Before and after each child ASD was occluded using Amplatzer occluder device through the percutaneous, we observe their life index (include blood pressure, pulse, heart rate, temperature) and blood index closure index. Result\ Before operation, a nurse should talk to parents of children, that can remove parents mental pressure and be good for operation. In operation, we observe heart rate, blood pressure, breath rate in order to keep life index stable. After operation, we observe bleeding black and blue in skin and life index, in case of low blood volume and inclination of blood. Conclusion\ To apply Amplatzer for treating ASD is an effective method. Patients should be nursed carefully before and after operation in order to avoid bleeding or hypotention, or other complications of the operation.
