大豆体内锰、铁、锌的分配

摘要 测定了七个品种(系)大豆样品初花期根系、下位叶和上位叶中Mn、Fe、Zn的含量。结果表明:七个品种Mn的分配均值是根系<上位叶<下位叶。而Fe、Zn分配是根系>下位叶>上位叶,但不同品种(系)间有差异。对4个不同品种的大豆用不同浓度Mn^(2+)营养液进行水培试验,其分配含量是根系>下位叶>上位叶,且植株各部位含Mn量随介质Mn^(2+)浓度的提高而增加;Fe、Zn含量则因品种而异。 Seven varieties of soybean samples were taken in primary flowering period. The contents of Mn, Fe and Zn in root, lower leaf, and upper leaf were measured. The results show that the content of Mn is the least in roots, but it differs in the varieties of soybean, whereas the content is higher in leaves. The contents of Fe and Zn in the lower leaves are higher than those in the upper leaves, but lower than those in the roots. The concentration of Mn in the nutrient solution influences the contents of Mn, Fe and Zn in the soybean greatly. The level of influence is different according to the varieties of soybean.
