摘要
补脑振痿胶囊根据张锡纯所创汤剂 ,研制出的一种新剂型。用于治疗缺血性中风后遗症 30例 ,并与偏瘫复原丸治疗的2 0例对比观察。结果显示 :补脑振痿胶囊组临床痊愈、显效、有效及有效率均高于偏瘫复原丸组 ,且治疗效果随疗程的增加而递增 ,对病程较长的患者疗效明显优于偏瘫原复丸组 。
This capsule is composed of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Arillus Longan, Fructus Corni, Arillus Juglandis, Eupolyphaga seu Steleophaga, Resina Olibani Recens, Resina Commiphorae Myrrhae Recens, Lumbricus, Colla Cornus Cervi, and Semen Strychni Praeparata. It was applied in the treatment of 30 cases of sequel of ischemic apoplexy, which was compared with 20 cases in the control group treated with Pian Tan Fu Yuan Wan (bolus). It is indicated the treatment group has a higher cure rate and effective rate than those of the control group, and that the therapeutic effect is continuously improved with the lengthening of course of treatment. The effect on patients with long course of treatment is obviously superior to that of the control group. So is the improvement of myodynamia.
