摘要
目的 探讨端粒酶活性检测在口腔鳞状细胞癌诊断中的价值。方法 用相同患者的相同组织块分别行病理形态学诊断和端粒酶活性检测 ,将二者结果进行对照分析。结果 口腔鳞状细胞癌中的端粒酶活性检出率与目前作为诊断依据的病理形态学诊断仍有差距。
Objective To study the value of telomerase activity test in diagnosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Method To pathomorphism diagnose and telomerase activity test to same specimens of same cases, then analysis their results of two methods. Result result of telomerase activity test is lower than that of pathomorphism diagnosis in oral squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion Telomerase activity test is a important auxiliary diagnostic measure in squamous cell carcinoma.
