摘要
目的 评价体外授精 胚胎移植 (IVF ET)治疗不孕症的价值。方法 分析在本中心行IVF ET治疗 6 0例不孕症患者的临床资料。结果 6 0例不孕症患者进行 6 1个IVF周期治疗 ,其中 10个周期因卵巢反应不良而取消。周期获卵率 10 34个 ,卵子授精率 72 5 % ,卵裂率 6 7% ,周期胚胎移植数 4 9个。其中 14例妊娠 ,占 2 7 45 %。自然流产 5例 ,占 35 7%。重度OHSS发生率 7 8%。结论 IVF ET是治疗输卵管因素、子宫内膜异位症、不明原因等不孕症的重要手段 。
Objective To evaluate the value of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF ET) in the treatment of infertility. Methods A retrospective research was performed to analyze the clinical statistics of sixty infertilite couples treated with IVF ET. Results Ten cycles were cancelled because of poor reaction of ovary. The number of oocytes of per IVF cycles was 10 34, the insemination rate was 72 5%, the embryo cleavage rate was 67%, the embryo transfer rate was 4 9, pregnancy rate of embryo transfer cycles was 27 45%,and the miscarriage rate was 35 7%. Conclusion IVF ET is an important means in the treatment of infertility.
