摘要
目的 :探讨术中置管术后分次放射治疗晚期或复发性妇科恶性肿瘤的疗效及可行性。方法 :分析、比较术中置管、术后分次放射治疗的 11例和单纯体外放疗的 12例晚期或复发性妇科肿瘤患者的疗效、放疗并发症及影响因素。结果 :术中置管放疗的 11例中 ,有 8例肿瘤完全或基本控制 ,随访 1年无复发 ,放疗反应较轻。体外放疗的 12例患者有 4例完全控制 ,放疗反应较重。结论 :术中置管术后分次放疗对于手术无法切除的晚期或复发性妇科肿瘤是一疗效较好、可行的治疗方法。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of intraoperative catheterization and postoperative fractional radiotherapy on advanced or recurrent gynecological malignancy.Methods:Twenty three women with advanced or recurrent gynecological malignancy were divided into two groups.Eleven women in group A received intraoperative catheterization and post fractional radiotherapy while 12 women in group B were treated only with outside radiotherapy.The therapeutic effect complications and affected factors were analyzed and compared.Results:The malignant tumor in 8 of the 11 women in group A were thoroughly or basically controled and there was no recurrence during one year's follow up.The side effect of radiotherapy in group A was slight.The malignant tumor in 4 of the 12 women in group B reached thorough control and the irradiation side effect was heavy.Conclusions:Intraoperative catheterization and postoperative fractional radiotherapy is an optimal,applicable method for treatment of advanced or recurrent gynecological malignancy.
