摘要
目的 :总结术中利用气压弹道碎石术治疗肾鹿角状结石的临床疗效。方法 :采用术中直视下气压弹道碎石术治疗肾鹿角状结石 30例。结果 :结石碎成小块较易取出 ,成功率 90 .0 % (2 7/ 30 ) ;并发症发生率为 16 .7%(5 / 30 ) ,主要是结石残留及出血。结论 :此方法安全、损伤小、疗效确切。
Purpose:To evaluate the clinical use of the pneumatic lithotripsy in the management of staghrn calculi in operation.Method:Between August 1999 and October 2000,30 patients with stagorn calculi were treated with the above mentioned methods.Results:90% (27/30) stones were fragmented in one session.Complications were observed in 16.7 % (5/30 cases) mainly remains stone and hemorrhage.Conclusion:Treatment of staghorn calculi with this method was safe,effective and less invasive.
