摘要
目的 :探讨光量子疗法 (Ultraviolet blood irradiation therapy,UBI)对中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病变 (简称中浆病 )血液流变学、免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用血液粘度计检测 UBI对中浆病治疗前后血液流变学变化 ;用淋巴细胞转化试验方法检测 UBI对中浆病治疗前后免疫功能改变 ,同时记录治疗前后的视力、荧光眼底造影变化。结果 :中浆病患者血粘度、免疫功能下降。结论
Objective:The purpose of the paper was to study the effect of ultraviolet blood irradiation (UBI) therapy on immunological function and blood viscosity of central serous choroidortineophy.Methods:We determined the changes of immunological function and blood viscosity of central serous choroidortinophy by lymphocyte transformation test and blood viscometer respectively. Additional data collected included the variations of visul acuity and fluorescein funds angiography.Results:UBI could reduce immunological function and blood viscosity of central serous choroidoretinophy.Conclusion:UBI is an effective method to treat central serous choroidoretinophy.
