异种胰岛和胸腺联合移植治疗糖尿病的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨供者胸腺与胰岛联合移植在诱导免疫耐受中的作用。方法 :昆明种小鼠为供体 ,Wistar大鼠为受体。 A组为单纯胰岛移植组 ,B组为胰岛和胸腺联合移植组 ,C组为胸腺细胞预注射于受体胸腺 7d后 ,胰岛和胸腺联合移植组。结果 :A组移植物功能存活时间为 (6 .4 0± 1.90 ) d,B组为(2 1.2 0± 10 .74 ) d,C组为 (36 .70± 15 .11) d。 B组和 C组与 A组比较 ,差异具有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :胸腺移植对诱导免疫耐受、提高异种胰岛移植物存活有一定作用。 Objective:To study the effect of combined islet and thymus xenotransplantation in tolerance induction.Methods:Kunming mice were used as donors and Wistar rats as recipints.Group A received islet xenotransplantation only.Combined islet and thymus xenotransplantation were performed in Group B.Donor thymus cells were injected into recipient thymus 7 days before combined islet and thymus xenotransplantation were performed in Group C.Results:The mean graft survial time was (6 40±1 90) days in Group A,(21 20±10 74) days in Group B and (36 70±15 11) days in Group C respectively.There were significant difference between Group B,C and A( P <0 05).Concluson:Thymus transplantation is effective to induce xenograft tolerance and improve the functional survival time of islet xenograft.
