摘要
目的 :初步分析 DNA测序结果。方法 :采用 Visual Basic6 .0编程语言编写了 DNA碱基序列分析软件。结果 :此软件具备计数碱基、自动查找开放阅读框架 (open reading frame,ORF)、翻译氨基酸序列、查找酶切位点等主要功能。结论 :该软件适用于初步分析
Objective: To analyze the results of DNA sequence.Methods: We programmed software with Visual Basic 6.0 for windows program tools to analyze the nucleotide sequence accurately and efficiently. Results:It has several functions as follows: Counting the number of sequence; translating nucleotide sequence into amino acid sequence; transforming the sequence to its complementary sequence and finding six open reading frames and restriction enzyme sites. Conclusion: The software can be widely used to analyze the new nucleotide sequence.
