Cell Differentiation and Apoptosis Associated with Nectar Secreting during the Nectary Development of Arabidopsis Thaliana L.

摘要 目的 探讨拟南芥花蜜腺发育过程中蜜腺组织细胞分化、凋亡的超微结构变化与蜜腺泌蜜的关系 ,为进一步探讨蜜腺泌蜜的机制提供必要的依据。方法 应用高压冷冻和低温置换电镜技术 ,样品制成超薄切片 ,用H - 6 0 0型电子显微镜分析。结果 拟南芥花蜜腺发育过程中筛分子的分化为原蜜汁的运输提供了帮助 ,而蜜腺组织中深色细胞的分化及凋亡又为蜜汁的积累和运输提供了场所和通道。筛分子早期分化的超微结构与深色细胞凋亡的超微结构十分相似 ,是否与二者都是执行输导功能有关 ,还需作进一步的研究。结论 蜜腺组织中这些细胞的发育和分化虽然不尽相同 ,但其作用却相类似并且与整个蜜腺的发育周期相协调 ,为原蜜汁的运输。 Objective To study the association of its cell differentiation and apoptosis with nectar secreting during the nectary development of Arabidopsis thaliana L.Methods The experimental samples were prepared by high pressure freezing and freeze substitution and observed under electronic microscope.Results The ultrastructural changes of cell differentiation and apoptosis in nectariferous tissue were discussed on their associations with nectar secreting during the nectary development of Arabidopsis thaliana L.. The differentiation of sieve element was helpful for prenectar transportation, and apoptosis of dense cells in nectriferous tissue supplied the space and the corridor for nectar collection and later being secreted out. But it would need further research works to confirm whether these ultrstructural changes of sieve element at its early developmental stage which resembled that of apoptosis of dense cells in nectariferous tissue were associated with their functions or not. The development and differentiation of sieve element and dense cells in nectariferous tissue were different but their functions were similar, and their developmental steps were kept in close order during the nectary development. Thus, it was preperable for pre nectar transportation and modification, and finally nectar to be secreted out through the modified stomata at the top of nectary.Conclusion These data and discussion provide more detailed information on nectar secretary mechanism.
