摘要
目的 :研究老年原发性肾病综合征 (APNS)患者外周血和肾组织CD62P表达水平的变化 ,并探讨CD62P在APNS病理过程中的作用。方法 :采用流式细胞术和直接免疫荧光法 ,对 3 6例APNS患者外周血和肾活检组织CD62P的表达进行研究。结果 :APNS患者外周血CD62P的表达明显高于正常对照组 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ;肾组织CD62P的表达 3 2例( 88 89% ) ,表达部位主要在肾小球系膜区和毛细血管袢 ,与常规肾脏病理检查所观察到的病变部位及其病变程度相一致。正常对照组肾组织中无CD62P表达。结论 :CD62P在APNS患者外周血和肾组织中表达增强 ,CD62P可能参与了APNS的病理过程 ,外周血和肾组织CD62P的变化可反映APNS的病情严重程度 ,具有重要的临床价值。
Objective:To study the changes of CD62P expression in peripheral blood and renal tissue in aged patients with primary nephrotic syndrome(APNS) and to explore its effects on APNS.Methods:Peripheral blood samples and renal tissues of 36 APNS patients were collected.The number of platelets expressing CD62P was counted by flow cytomerty.Renal frozen sections were coated with fluorescent isothiocyanate conjugated monoclonal anti CD62P antibody.Results:Compared with the healthy control subjects,the number of platelets expressing CD62P in APNS patients was significantly higher.CD62P staining in renal tissues was found in 32 of 36 APNS patients,while the staining in renal tissues was negative in 8 control subjects.In APNS patients,the level of CD62P expression of peripheral blood was correlated with that of renal tissue and both of the levels of CD62P expression in peripheral blood and in renal tissue were correlated with 24 h urine protein respectively.Conclusion:The expressions of CD62P in APNS patients increase both in peripheral blood and in renal tissue;CD62P involes in the pathological course of APNS;The levels of CD62P expression of peripheral blood and renal tissue can reflect the condition severity of APNS patients,thus they have important value in clinic.
