摘要
为观察益气养阴复方舒心饮对胸痹 (冠心病、心绞痛 )气阴两虚或气虚血瘀型患者的临床疗效 ,4 5例患者随机分为舒心饮治疗组 ( 30例 )和复方丹参滴丸对照组 ( 15例 )进行治疗 ,30天后观察临床疗效、心电图、实验室指标 (血小板颗粒膜蛋白、纤维蛋白原、血液流变学 )和心功能检测。结果 :舒心饮组的中医症候、心绞痛、心电图的总有效率分别为 83.33% ,80 .0 0 % ,53.33% ,部分实验室指标有改善 ,与对照组比较 ,在改善中医症候、改善心功能方面的作用更为明显。提示舒心饮可以缓解冠心病病情 。
To observe the clinical efficacy of 'Shuxin Decoction' in treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris of qi yin deficiency or qi deficiency and blood stasis,45 cases were randomized into treatment group with 30 cases treated with 'Shuxin Decoction' and control group with 15 cases treated with 'Fufang Danshen Diwan'.They were treated for 30 days and the clinical effects,electrocardiogram,platelet granular membrane protein,fibrinogen,blood rheology and heart function were measured.Results showed that,in treatment group,the effective rate was 83.33% in relieving clinical symptoms,80.00% in relieving angina pectoris and 53.33% in improving electrocardiogram,better than those in control group.
