摘要
为观察“祛膜汤”治疗药流后出血的疗效 ,将 2 0 0例患者随机分为米非司酮组 5 0例 (米非司酮 +米索 )、缩宫素组 5 0例 (米非司酮 +米索 +缩宫素 )和祛膜汤组 10 0例 (米非司酮 +米索 +祛膜汤 ) ,疗程 5天。结果 :三组完全流产率分别为 82 %、90 %和 97% ,祛膜汤组与米非司酮组比较有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;B超检测 ,孕囊排出后第 10天宫内蜕膜残留情况 ,祛膜汤组较米非司酮组比较亦有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。动物实验观察结果 :子宫肌匀浆中内皮素 (ET)含量 ,祛膜汤组明显高于对照组 (生理盐水组 )和米非司酮组 ,(P <0 0 5 ) ;子宫血管形态和血管收缩功能 ,祛膜汤组优于米非司酮组 。
To observe the clinical efficacy of 'Endometrium Removing Decoction'in the treatment of hemorrhage,200 cases were randomized into three groups:group A with 50 cases treated by mifepristone+misoprostol,group B with 50 cases treated by mifepristone+misoprostol+oxytocin,and group C with 100 cases treated by mifepristone+misoprostol+'Endometrium Removing Decoction'.The result was judged by B ultrasonic examination.Results showed that the complete abortion rates were respectively 82%,90%and 97%,and there was a difference between group C and group A( P <0 05);B ultrasonic examination showed that the endometrium left more in group A than in group C( P <0 05)after 10 days;the ET in the tissue of uterine was higher in group A than in group C, P <0 05.
