摘要
自计划生育国策实行以来 ,陕西省的人口出生率明显降低 .本文运用平滑修匀法和一元线性回归法等 ,测算出了陕西省自计划生育以来累计少生人口数量 。
The birth rate has obviously decreased in Shaanxi province since the national family planning policy had been established. This paper gives an estimate of the number of the decrease in infants, by the means of mathematical analysis, in which acceptable limits can be measured to the effects of family planning in Shaanxi.
