摘要
该文结合工程实际论述水泥稳定砂砾基层产生裂缝的原因 ,即干缩裂缝和温度裂缝 ,提出温度裂缝是水泥稳定砂砾基层产生裂缝的主要原因。运用弹性力学理论计算温度应力 ,通过与容许拉应力比较得出“水泥稳定砂砾基层暴露一段时间后出现横向裂缝属正常现象”的结论。综合分析裂缝产生的原因提出控制细料含量和塑性指数、加强对底基层的处理、采用最小的水泥剂量、严格控制含水量、加强养生等措施 ,以期防治水泥稳定砂砾基层裂缝。
The causes of the cement stabilized base cracking are discussed based on practical engineering experiences,and it is found that the cracking results from the shrinkage of the base and the temperature change, and it is believed that the temperature cracking is the main cause of the cement stabilized base cracking. The temperature stress is calculated with the theory of the elastic mechanics. In comparison with the allowable stress in tension, the conclusion is drawn that the transverse cracking of the cement stabilized base is normal after the base is exposed for a period of time. Five measures, that is, controlling the content of the fine material and the plastic index,strengthening the treatment of the sub base,adopting the minimum cement content,controlling the water content strictly and strengthening the maintenance, are pointed out in order to prevent and cure the cement stabilized base cracking.
