摘要
本文简要地介绍了均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)的合成以及以它为中间体的系列复合膜的制备。TMC 的制备工艺是先从均三甲苯的氧化得均苯三甲酸,再进行酰氯化反应,最后进行提纯和分析。复合膜的制备工艺包括增强涤纶无纺布的试验,聚砜支撑膜的制备,TMC 与多胺中间体在聚砜膜界面的聚合,以及最后的结构和性能的表征。分析和试验表明所合成的TMC 与国外的试剂样品接近,用它制备的实验用复合膜样品的性能也与国外的同类产品的性能接近,但仍有一定的差距。
The synthesis of TMC and preparation of relerant composite membrane are briefly discussed inthis paper.Trimesoyl acid(TMA)can be made from mesitylene by oxidation,then TMC can be obtained byacyl chlorination of TMA.The composite membrane is prepared by interface condensation polymerization on the surface ofreinforced PS porous membrane.It is shown from the study that TMC obtained above is as good as the sample abroad for makingcomposite membrane and the performance of composite membrane in Laboratory scale is comparable tothat of commercial membrane abroad.
