摘要
为了解决由于非线性油膜力的作用使转子在某些参数域中产生强烈振动的问题 ,以转子动力学和非线性动力学理论为基础 ,针对非线性弹性转子 -轴承系统的具体特点 ,用数值积分和庞加莱映射方法对采用短轴承模型的弹性转子 -轴承系统动力学特性随某一参数变化时稳定性的改变进行了分析 ,计算结果表明 ,系统具有发生倍周期分叉及概周期运动的可能性 .用数值方法得到系统在某些参数域中的分叉图、响应曲线、频谱图、相图及庞加莱映射图 ,直观显示了系统在某些参数域中的运行状态 .数据分析结果为该类转子 -轴承系统的设计和运行状态控制提供了理论参考 .
In order to solve the severe vibration of rotor within some parameter domains under the action due to the nonlinear oil film force and with necessary consideration accorded the characteristics of a nonlinear rotor bearing system, the chaos of a elastic rotor system using short bearing model, the variation of some parameters is analysed using the dynamics and nonlinear dynamics theory with the Poincaré maps and numerical integral method. The results of calculation shows that may undergo doubling bifurcation and quasiò periodic motions. In some typical parameter regions the bifurcation diagrams, the time histories, the phase portrait, the Poincaré maps and the frequency spectrums of the system are acquired with numerical integral method. They demonstrate some motional state of the system. The results of analysis provide the theoretical reference for designing and safe operation of this system.
