摘要
该文从分析网站发布的特点入手，论述了在中、小型网站建立开放式网络个性化应用服务系统的必要性，提出了一个新的数据组织模式来实现该应用服务系统，文中论述了该数据组织模式的设计方案、系统组成和实现应用．
By analysing the characteristics of the issue of net stations, the paper discussed the necessity of establishing an open network individual service system in mediun-sized and small net stations, and put for-ward a new data organic model to realize the service system. The paper also discussed the design scheme, the formation of the model and its application.
